4.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential for the Platform to function and cannot be switched off. They do not store any personally identifiable information beyond what is necessary for the session. No consent is required for strictly necessary cookies.

4.2 Functional (Preference) Cookies

4.3 Analytics Cookies

A separate consent prompt will be presented for marketing cookies before they are activated.

5. Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies on the Platform are set by third parties whose services we have integrated into the Platform. These third parties may independently set cookies on your device when you use the Platform. The following third-party cookie providers may be present:

5.1 Analytics Providers

We may use third-party analytics services such as Google Analytics or equivalent tools to analyze Platform usage. These services may set their own cookies to collect anonymized usage data. Google Analytics is configured with IP anonymization enabled. 5.2 Payment Processor

6. Cookies on Guest Subdomains

Guest-facing AI assistant pages hosted on Gostify subdomains (in the format name.gostify.app) may set a limited set of cookies for the purpose of maintaining session continuity during a Guest\'s interaction with the AI assistant and collecting anonymized usage analytics on behalf of the Customer. The following applies to these subdomains:

• Session cookies are used to maintain the continuity of a Guest\'s conversation with the AI assistant within a single browsing session.
• Anonymized analytics cookies may be used to collect aggregated data on session counts, message volumes, and active users for reporting to the Customer.
• No marketing, advertising, or behavioral tracking cookies are set on Guest subdomains.
• Guests interacting with a Customer\'s AI assistant via a subdomain are subject to this Cookie Policy as well as the privacy notice provided by the relevant Customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their Guests are informed about the use of cookies in connection with the AI assistant, and for obtaining any consents required by applicable law in their jurisdiction.

7. Managing and Disabling Cookies

7.1 Platform Cookie Settings

You can manage your cookie preferences on the Gostify website at any time by accessing the cookie preference center, accessible through the cookie settings link in the website footer. Through this interface, you can view which cookie categories are currently active, enable or disable individual categories (except strictly necessary cookies), and update your preferences at any time.

7.2 Browser-Level Controls

This data is used solely for the purposes described in Section 4 of this Policy. Cookie-derived data is not combined with other personal data to identify individual users, except where necessary for account security or fraud prevention. Cookie data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

9. Cookie Retention Periods

The retention period for each cookie depends on its category and purpose. Session cookies are deleted automatically when you close your browser. In general, we apply the following maximum retention periods by category:

• Strictly necessary cookies: session duration, or up to twelve (12) months for consent preference storage
• Functional cookies: up to twelve (12) months
• Analytics cookies: up to twenty-four (24) months
• Marketing cookies: not applicable as of the Effective Date of this Policy
